Deliha

The movie "Deliha" is about a young turkish woman named Zeliha. The chaotic, somewhat confused and yet lovable Zeliha is looking for her dream man. After going on a small adventure through town with her friends she learns form a fortune teller, that she will soon find her soulmate. The letters that he gives her are C M L. One day the pretty Cemil moves near her and opens a photo studio with his brother. What a coincedence. Zeliha tries everything to capture his heart and be with him, but it`s more difficult than it seems. Her love for him slowly dies down, once he doesn`t show any interest in her. Soon enough she finds another person to love and he is closer to her, if she likes it or not.

Zeliha is an interesting woman. She doesn`t really care what anyone thnks of her and isn`t always focused on doing the right thing for the people around her. She is chaotic and fun to be around. atleast it seems like it. Even if she still is a little out of the line, she always finds the way back to anyones heart. Chaos surrounds her everywhere she goes, still she manages to make the best of it. On her journey of finding her true love she stumbels across the handsome Cemil, who is not really a fan of her and tries to avoid her. The humour in this movie is awsome. Laughing is something you should expect, while watching this. The fact, that this movie was written by Gupse Ösay also the main character, Zeliha is unbelieveable. It was one of the first times that a woman has written the script in the comedy genre in Turkey. I will always recommend this movie if you need a good laugh on a rainy day. There is also a second film named "Deliha 2" and it was launched back in 2018. When you finish watching the first one you should definitely switch to the second one.
